Now I'm angry at Microsoft for making me jump through all these hoops just to play a single-player game, which didn't work, at myself for not returning the game when I got it, hoping that I could play it once the computer or internet changed, and at the fact that just to play a video game, you have to put in codes, access accounts, connect to the internet, etc, etc. I spent another three hours on the telephone with tech support to no avail, again. This time I could connect, yay! But they had lost all of my player details, so, the game, which was already synced to an old account which couldn't connect to the servers, was now useless. Now, almost two years later, and a new computer (hopefully fixed the problem) I tried again.

If you can't sync anything, you're bummed. Which, at that point, where's the fun? Christ, it reminds me when I was playing Vice City back before I had a save card for my PS2. Well, you can play it, but, you can't save single player, change preferences, play online or anything. You have to make an account, which syncs the game to it, and if you can't connect to the servers, well, you can't play the game.
